Working with David Neff and the team at Yorkville Design made building our dream home a smooth and very enjoyable experience.  David listened to what was important to us and designed a home that was exactly what we had envisioned.  David is extremely organized and kept us always a step ahead of what the builder needed next so there was minimal down time: we never had to compromise on building materials or design.  David reviewed and altered our architectural plans to get the proper flow before the digging began, so very few changes needed to be made later.  We stayed very close to our budget because David knew where and when to spend the money.  His eye for colour is amazing.  Thank you for helping us build this perfect house.
